Definitely take in the Balinese dance, my favorite was the Ramayana Ballet (more dance, less talking). Also make time for a white water rafting tirp through the jungle, Sobek is the best company. The rapids are fairly tame but it's a unique experience rafting through some behind the scenes parts of the jungle, and it ends with a beautifully catered lunch alongside the river. Also, my favorite spa is called Cantika. I've been trying to find the business card with the address but I believe it's off of Bisma road. It's run by this woman Jasi, who makes all of her products out of the herbs in her gardens. The prices are beyond reasonable, too - I had the best massage of my life for just under $10! And it's worth a walk through the Sacred Monkey Forest as well, where the monkeys run free. I'll let you know if I think of anything else!
